Pretty Good York meet. Relaxed and maintained for the 1600, ending up with 4:48. Suffered through the 400 ending with a 56.9 split. Even though I haven’t placed well this meet, I’m proud and overly happy to see what our team overall. We’ve been pulling huge prs since the start of the season and we keep growing and improving.
