Tempo fast workout. Was definitely a tough workout but got it done and it ended up going pretty well. Went out pretty slow in around 18 mins and knew that I needed to close it hard the second half. Went 17 mins on the last 3 which is a seasons best. This workout was exactly what I needed and I gained a ton of confidence for the rest of the season. I know a better spot of where I am now and have reinstalled my confidence for the rest of the season. Splits were 6:02, 5:50, 5:58, 5:41, 5:58, 5:32 = 35:03.
