Elliptical

45 minute elliptical. I’m really trying to take what coach said to heart about taking these workouts seriously. I’m going to experiment with different workouts until I find one that works really well. Today’s was one minute lower resistance and then a minute and a half up tempo and up resistance. I checked my heart rate four times, twice right after the hard section (165 and 162) and twice in the middle of the easier section (156 and 159).
