30 pushups while I was waiting for the fitness center to open. Turned out it was not available so biked at home.
15 warmup, 5x6 threshold, then shorter cooldown.
Did 20 pushups afterwards. And 10 sit-ups.
Think I’m gonna get a heart rate chest strap to give myself metrics to stay disciplined with. Lowkey excited for that.
